Usage and Features

• intoo is a Personal Relationship Manager app that helps you manage contacts, remember important dates, and maintain meaningful relationships.
• The app is free to use with basic features. Pro features are available through a subscription.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use this app.

Privacy Policy

• intoo values your privacy. Your contact data is stored securely and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest.
• In Guest Mode, your data is stored locally on your device only and is not synced to the cloud.
• For registered accounts, your data is synced securely via Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS).
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.

Data Collection

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: contact details you add, account information (email), and basic usage analytics.
• We do not access your device contacts without explicit permission.
• Payment information is processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
• We use Sentry for crash reporting and Google Gemini API for Pro tier AI features. These services do not access your contact data.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro subscription ($6/month or $60/year) unlocks unlimited contacts, AI features, and advanced capabilities.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and automatically renew unless canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.
• Refund policies are determined by Apple and Google, not by intoo.

Disclaimer

• intoo is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, though we implement industry-standard backup practices.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for having the right to store information about your contacts.

Modifications to Terms

• These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Standard Terms of Use (EULA)

• The standard Apple Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA) and Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of this app.
